January 2008: Office opens in Finland

To explore work opportunities Reid Architects has opened a satellite office in Finland which will be operational from 1st January 2008.

December 2007: Hoar Cross, Staffordshire

Reid has obtained planning consent for a single private residence at Hoar Cross in Staffordshire on 11th December 2007. Click here for more information on this project.

December 2007: Quarry Bank, Hurst Lane, Macclesfield

Reid has obtained planning consent for a replacement dwelling in Macclesfield on 10th December 2007. The project value is approximately £450,000.

November 2007: 12-14 Piccadilly Planning Consent

In November the planning application for the redevelopment of the site was given consent at committee. Proposals include creation of 43,000 sq ft of office space. Click here for more information on this project.

November 2007: Cardiff Planning Consent

Planning consent for the Staybridge Hotel and apartments in Cardiff was granted at committee on 7th November 2007. Work commenced on site in December 2007. Click here for more information on this project.

October 2007: Newcastle starts on site
