Reid Architects has worked with Russell Homes to secure planning consent at appeal for three townhouses at Rhosneigr, Anglesey.
The latest success completes the development which now comprises nine apartments and the three townhouses. Reid designed the overall scheme and was successful with planning consent for the apartments in 2008.

Reid Architects have been granted Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment of the existing banking hall to the Former Bank of England, 82 King Street – a Grade I Listed Building designed by Charles Robert Cockerell completed in 1846.
The consent forms part of a wider programme of works including the refurbishment of the common areas to the 13 storey office tower that sits behind the banking hall. The aim of the project is to update the building using high quality design and materials to ensure the continued prominence of the building within the Manchester office market.
Work is due to start on site in June 2009.

Reid Architects gained planning approval for the refurbishment of 63 Thomas Street, Manchester on 23 December 2008.
The scheme will involve the complete refurbishment of the building to office accommodation, and insertion of a new mezzanine level to increase floor area. The construction work will begin on the middle of January .
Reid Architects has obtained planning and listed building consent for Unit 2, Lower Ground Floor within the Grade II listed Pall Mall Court building on King Street, Manchester on 19 December 2008.
The proposals involve change of use of the lower ground floor unit from office to retail, health centre or financial premises, as well as the introduction of a new platform lift and entrance to the lower ground floor accessed from the piazza area. The alterations are intended to maximize the commercial viability of the space.
