Located in a significant part of the St. Ann’s Conservation area in Manchester these buildings are to be refurbished to provide a mix of uses to include residential, office and retail.
The refurbishment and conversion work is to be carried out with the existing retailers continuing to trade. The scope of work includes refurbishment of a Grade II listed building to office and the conversion of an adjacent high quality load stone/brick structure to apartments.
The scheme has detailed planning and listed building consent and started on site in January 2006.
